Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Support Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support and maintenance for CAD software, assist engineering and design teams with complex CAD-related tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements in CAD workflows. This role demands strong expertise in CAD tools, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills to support a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated CAD software support and troubleshooting for engineering/design teams.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of CAD software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware-related CAD issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to CAD procedures, standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Experience with CAD customization, scripting (e.g., VBA, Python), and automation is a plus.
- Solid understanding of engineering/design processes and terminology.
