Job Summary
The MIS Expert – Accounts in a FinTech company is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting financial and transactional data generated through digital platforms. The role supports business decision-making by ensuring accurate MIS reporting, reconciliation of high-volume transactions, and compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage financial and transactional MIS reports for digital payments, lending, wallets, or platform-based services
Monitor daily transaction data, settlements, fees, commissions, and revenue reports
Perform reconciliations between system data, bank statements, payment gateways, and accounting records
Analyze variances, trends, and exceptions in transaction and revenue data
Support regulatory and compliance reporting (RBI, internal audits, statutory audits, etc.)
Coordinate with Tech, Product, and Operations teams to resolve data discrepancies
Maintain dashboards for KPIs such as transaction volume, success rates, revenue, and cost metrics
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all MIS reports
Automate reports using Excel, BI tools, or internal systems where applicable
Provide ad-hoc reports to senior management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of accounting and finance in a FinTech environment
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros preferred)
Experience with high-volume transaction data and reconciliations
Familiarity with payment gateways, digital wallets, UPI, cards, or lending platforms
Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
Basic understanding of data analytics / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL – preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics
CA-Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage
Experience
2–6 years of experience in FinTech, NBFC, payments, banking, or digital platforms
Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and financial reconciliations

Data Entry Executive – KYC

Job Summary
The Data Entry – KYC Executive is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining customer KYC data in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role supports onboarding processes and ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update customer KYC details in internal systems
Verify KYC documents such as ID proof, address proof, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness as per company and regulatory standards
Cross-check customer information with submitted documents
Flag discrepancies, missing documents, or suspicious entries
Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and compliance
