Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the companys products and services. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset to drive online traffic, enhance brand visibility, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, etc.).

Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages for better performance and user experience.

Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns to ensure ROI and performance goals are met.

Conduct keyword research, manage PPC campaigns, and oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic ranking.

Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Create engaging and high-performing content (blogs, posts, videos, etc.) aligned with brand goals.

Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to measure, report, and improve campaign performance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (3–6 years) in digital marketing management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)

Experience in managing paid campaigns and budgets.

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
