Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate will be an expert in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to generate insightful reports that optimize our logistics operations, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Extraction & Management: Extract and compile complex data from various logistics management systems (TMS, WMS), databases, and other primary/secondary sources to support reporting and analytical needs.

· Data Manipulation & Processing: Clean, validate, and manipulate large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for analysis. This includes structuring raw data into usable formats.

· Report Generation & Automation: Develop, generate, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and KPI dashboards (e.g., on-time delivery, fleet utilization, cost per shipment). Streamline routine reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

· Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze processed data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics operations. Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

· Advanced Filtering & Segmentation: Apply advanced filters and segmentation techniques to dissect data by various parameters (e.g., routes, clients, product types, time periods) for root-cause analysis and targeted performance review.

· System Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand logistics requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our MIS and data governance practices.

· Presentation of Findings: Present regular reports and data visualizations to management, clearly highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and concrete recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in any profile.

· Proven experience (1+ years) in an MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence role, preferably within logistics or supply chain.

· Core Technical Competencies:

· Advanced Microsoft Excel: Expert-level proficiency in formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and macros for data manipulation and automation.

· Data Extraction: Strong experience with SQL for querying databases is essential.

· Report Generation: Demonstrated ability to design, build, and automate comprehensive reports.

· Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven mindset.

· Strong communication skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
