MIS Executive

MIS & Reporting Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and post-sales functions. Develop dashboards that provide clear insights into collection status, payment schedules, and outstanding dues. Track customer payments, generate collection summaries, and highlight defaulters or delays in real-time. Consolidate and verify data received from the Sales, Accounts, CRM, and Legal teams before reporting to management. Post-Sales & Collection Monitoring Maintain detailed records of payment milestones, demand letters, and receipts. Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups, ensuring timely collections. Support in preparing reports related to registration status, possession, and handover tracking. Assist in forecasting cash inflows based on collection schedules and sales data. Data Management & Analysis Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all MIS and ERP systems. Analyze data trends to identify variances, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency. Management Support Act as a direct support to the Director – Sales & Post Sales, by preparing dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports. Assist in follow-ups, coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintaining key performance trackers. Handle confidential data and information with discretion and professionalism. Coordination & Communication Liaise with Sales, Accounts, CRM, and Legal departments to ensure smooth flow of information. Maintain a structured communication channel between Director’s office and respective departments. Escalate critical collection issues or data discrepancies to management promptly.
