Job Description: The HR Assistant at JPrime Buildcon will support daily human resource operations, assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and maintain HR records. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently within the real estate business environment.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records. Conduct joining formalities and employee orientation sessions. 2. HR Documentation & Employee Records Maintain and update employee personal files. Handle documentation related to employee verification. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data. 3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs. Handle HR-related queries and grievances of employees professionally. Assist in performance appraisal and KRA documentation. 4. Compliance & Reporting Maintain compliance registers and support audits. Prepare HR-related reports and MIS as required by management.
