Position Overview

The HR Assistant provides vital support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee records management: Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
  • Payroll and benefits assistance: Support payroll processing, track attendance, and help employees with benefits queries.
  • Compliance monitoring: Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.
  • Training coordination: Organize employee training sessions and track participation.
  • Employee relations: Provide support in resolving staff queries and maintaining workplace harmony.
  • General administration: Prepare HR reports, draft correspondence, and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and databases.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving ability: Quick thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Team collaboration: Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Masters Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
