HR Assistant

As an Admin Profile at our company, your role will involve the maintenance of all software, hardware, and equipment installed within the organization. This includes managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and vendor relationships. You will also be responsible for overseeing housekeeping services and managing the admin staff, which includes receptionists, office boys, and gardeners. Additionally, you will handle travel and courier management, as well as stationery procurement. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance of software, hardware, and equipment - Managing AMCs and vendor relationships - Supervising housekeeping services - Overseeing admin staff (receptionists, office boys, gardeners) - Handling travel and courier management - Managing stationery procurement Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in administrative roles - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in talent acquisition and management processes. This includes conducting joining formalities, tracking daily attendance, managing salary disbursements and advance salary requests, as well as overseeing performance appraisals and confirmation processes. You will also be responsible for handling exit formalities and maintaining the organizational chart. Employee engagement initiatives will also fall under your purview.
