We are seeking a sharp, focused, and detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Power Query, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an MIS Analyst, with a proven track record of preparing management dashboards, financial reports, and business presentations. Preference will be given to candidates with a financial/accounting background and prior experience in the automobile dealership industry. MIS & Reporting Develop, maintain, and automate MIS dashboards for sales, workshop, inventory, claims, receivables, and profitability analysis. Create interactive dashboards and data models in Power BI for real-time management insights. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management and directors. Data Analysis & Automation Use Power Query, VBA, and automation tools to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from DMS, SAP/ERP, and accounting systems. Build dynamic Excel models for financial and operational analytics. Implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and ensure data integrity. Financial & Business Support Support finance and accounts teams with variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting reports. Analyze key dealership KPIs such as vehicle sales, workshop revenue, ageing analysis, claims, and discount structures. Assist management in profitability analysis (branch-wise/chassis-wise) and decision-making. Presentation & Communication Prepare professional presentations and board reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Present MIS insights in a clear, structured, and business-oriented manner for management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Workshop, Finance, Parts, Procurement) to ensure smooth reporting flow.
