Looking for ideal candidate to carry out internal audit function having sharp skill for data review & analysis, Advance Excel and good inter personnel skill. Selected candidate will be responsible for Demonstrates proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities, including LOOKUP for efficient data retrieval and Pivot Tables for insightful data analysis and summarization. (Preferable but ready to learn) Responsible for processing vendor payments accurately and ensuring thorough verification of all invoices received to maintain financial integrity. This involves meticulously checking invoice details against supporting documentation and purchase orders. (MUST) Provide assistance with Goods and Services Tax Return (GSTR) compliance activities. This includes assisting in the preparation, review, and filing of GSTR returns in accordance with applicable tax regulations. (Preferable) Support in the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports. Possesses a strong eagerness to learn and develop skills in data analytics using advanced Excel tools. This includes a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential audit queries through data analysis and investigation. Review of Vehicle Deal sheet and calculation there of and compliance with SOPs and discount matrix Basic knowledge of any accounting software and accounting entries.

Audit Officer ahmedabad 2 - 31 years INR 1.8 - 3.6 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Support the Internal Auditor in end-to-end audits of automobile dealership workshops, covering both financial and operational aspects. Conduct verification of job cards, workshop invoices, Security register, spare parts consumption, warranty claims, and body shop works to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conducting Spares & Vehicle Inventory counting and verification and co-ordination with team for reporting with reasoning for deviation Monitor adherence to SOPs, Company Policy & Procedure, and OEM guidelines with a focus on fraud detection and control improvement. Use Advanced MS Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Data Validation) to analyze large datasets and prepare reconciliation reports. (MUST) Draft comprehensive audit reports, highlighting deviations, risks, and recommending corrective actions to management. Work on-field in workshops for real-time verification, interacting with service advisors, cashier, stores, and technical teams. Ensure accuracy in discounts, insurance OD, scrap handling, and consumables accounting to prevent revenue leakage. Demonstrate a focused, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Uphold the principles of independence, confidentiality, and integrity while performing audits. Exhibit effective communication and reporting skills to present findings in a structured and professional manner. Candidates with prior exposure to automobile dealership / workshop audits will be given preference.
