Define and own the product roadmap for high-risk merchant onboarding workflows across CP and CNP channels (POS terminals, mobile, e-commerce, marketplaces). Design intelligent, configurable onboarding flows that support enhanced due diligence, KYC/KYB, and transaction monitoring. Hands-on experience integrating with TSYS for merchant boarding, testing, error management, and data provisioning. Familiarity with merchant tiers (MCC codes), chargeback risk thresholds, and monitoring frameworks (MATCH, TMF, etc.). Experience with onboarding high-risk industries such as adult content, gaming, nutraceuticals, firearms, crypto, or CBD. Knowledge of tools and services used in high-risk merchant KYC/KYB, AML checks, and transaction fraud detection. Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with risk, compliance, engineering, support, and executive teams. Proficiency with JIRA, Postman, Figma, Confluence, and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Mixpanel, or Tableau). Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and act on operational KPIs.
