Leadership and Team Development: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, with strong horizontal leadership and influence skills. Curiosity and Passion for Customer Experience: Exhibits a deep curiosity and a strong passion for understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
