Role & responsibilities Manage records of over 100 field employees , covering: Joining and exit formalities Full & Final settlements Attendance and expense reimbursements (with HR coordination) Operate SAP and field staff software (e.g., HiDoctor) Maintain HQ-wise and location-wise MIS reporting Oversee and analyze: Primary and Secondary Sales Data Sales Closing Reports Collection Reports Provide backend sales support and operations assistance Coordinate demand and supply planning with the companys C&F center Monitor product movement, stock levels, and timely dispatches Ensure alignment between sales forecasts and inventory availability Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 46 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Strong command over Excel , PowerPoint , and SAP Hands-on experience with field operations tools like HiDoctor Ability to manage large employee datasets and generate timely reports Excellent communication and organizational skills
