Role Overview: As a Merchandising Strategist, you will play a crucial role in planning and developing merchandising strategies that align with both customer expectations and company objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs. By curating product ranges/stock accordingly, you will focus on maximizing customer interest and sales levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate product displays, creating layout plans for stores, and maintaining store shelves and inventory to uphold efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and develop merchandising strategies to meet customer expectations and company objectives. - Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs. - Plan product ranges/stock to maximize customer interest and sales levels. - Create layout plans for stores to optimize product display. - Maintain store shelves and inventory to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
