A state-of-the-art 100 beded hospital in Palanpur, dedicated to providing, preventing, and improving patient care in the fields of Nephrology, Urology, and General Surgery . Since commencing operations in January 2020, the hospital has played a vital role in serving the community particularly during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic by saving numerous lives, especially among Nephrology and Urology patients. Till date, Hospital has completed almost 60000+ dialysis and 6000+ Urology surgeries. Hospital has an excellent infrastructure to deliver comprehensive treatment to all patients which is affordable to all segments of the society( with the support of Maa Yojana & Ayushman Bharat ) Role & responsibilities - Conducting Renal Patients Consultation (outdoor, indoor and referral patients). managing patients on hemodialysis. Daily Ward & Dialysis Centre round. Providing Counselling to patients & their families on disease-related, renal transplant-related issues. Participating in the Patient Education Program. Guiding Dialysis Technical & Nursing staff. Participating in a Medical Camp. Other duties and responsibilities fall under the purview of the Nephrologist. Preferred Skill - At least an Understanding of the Gujarati Language. Competent in all modalities of renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, complications related to vascular access, including dialysis catheters, AV fistulae and grafts and knowledge regarding dialysis unit/RO plant. Competent in performing interventional procedures (hemodialysis, temporary catheter insertion, permcath insertion, acute peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, and kidney biopsy). Skilful in managing all kinds of kidney ailments (glomerular and tubulo-interstitial diseases, diabetic and hypertensive nephropathy, urinary tract infections, obstructive uropathy, renal cancer, genetic renal diseases etc). Skillful in renal transplantation, critical care nephrology, pediatric nephrology and management of kidney diseases in pregnancy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Support product launches and marketing campaigns in the region. 5. Team Collaboration Work closely with R&D/technical service teams to address customer formulation needs. Coordinate with global sales managers to align regional growth strategies. Required Candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in sales/business development within the chemicals or surfactants industry . Strong knowledge of surfactant applications (personal/home care, agrochemicals, oilfield, industrial). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
