About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser – Woven who can independently manage the complete product lifecycle—from development to production and final dispatch. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple woven styles and collections in a fast-paced start-up environment.

This role requires strong coordination with design, production, purchase, and external vendors to ensure timely execution, cost control, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle woven proto development and ensure timely approvals
• Prepare and manage detailed TNA for all woven styles and collection drops
• Create and maintain tech packs and BOM for approved woven styles
• Perform accurate costing and support pricing / MRP finalization with management
• Coordinate fabric and trim orders with the Purchase team
• Follow up with production units to ensure timely output
• Manage external job work vendors (printing, embroidery, washing, finishing, etc.)
• Monitor quality checkpoints and ensure adherence to woven quality standards
• Maintain all merchandising documentation, approvals, and trackers
• Support merchandise planning and execution with cross-functional teams

Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in WOVEN merchandising is mandatory
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with ERP / inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of product planning, inventory control, and vendor management
• Good knowledge of TNA, production flow, and quality processes
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic start-up environment

Role Objective

To ensure every woven product and collection is developed and executed on time, at the right cost and quality, while maintaining smooth coordination between design, merchandising, production, and vendor teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
