Role Overview

Merchandiser

You will be involved in:

• Domestic D2C collections
• B2B bulk orders & private labels
• Export-oriented knitwear programs

hands-on, fast-paced, and high-learning

Key Responsibilities

Product & Production

• Coordinate with

  fabric suppliers, dyeing units, knitting units, and factories

• Manage

  sampling, approvals, and production timelines

• Ensure

  quality standards, GSM accuracy, shrinkage, color consistency

Merchandising & Costing

• Prepare

  cost sheets

  (fabric, trims, CM, packing, logistics)
• Work on

  pricing strategies

  for D2C, B2B, and export markets
• Optimize margins without compromising quality

Order Management

• Track

  POs, production status, and dispatch schedules

• Coordinate with

  logistics & packaging teams

• Support export documentation basics (learning opportunity)

Growth & Strategy Exposure

• Assist in

  new product development (NPD)

• Participate in

  buyer discussions, export inquiries, and vendor negotiations

• Learn

  end-to-end fashion business systems
