Merchandiser

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser with prior experience in the FMCG sector to

support POSM quality checks, inventory control, and execution of branding activities across

regions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct regular quality checks of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure alignment

with brand guidelines.

 Manage inventory and merchandising assets, including accurate tracking,

documentation, and timely updates.

 Coordinate the ordering and dispatch of promotional materials to various locations.

 Support the on-ground execution of branding activities across cities (travel may be

required after 3 months).

 Maintain data and reports using Microsoft Excel for tracking merchandising

performance and stock flow.

 Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and external

stakeholders for smooth coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

 1–2 years of relevant experience in FMCG merchandising.

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Willingness to travel after the initial three-month period.
