Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end merchandising from order confirmation to shipment

✔ T&A planning, fabric & trims follow-up, and in-housing

✔ Coordination with buyers, buying offices, suppliers & internal teams

✔ Sample development – Proto, Fit, Size set, PP & TOP

✔ Ensuring on-time approvals, inspections, and shipments

✔ Handling buyer / QA technical queries

✔ NPD and woven shirt development

✔ Preparation of buyer & internal reports

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & coordination

• Planning, follow-up & problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented & result-driven

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

🎓 Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma / B.Tech (Textile / Apparel Technology preferred)

Textile/Apparel background with woven shirt experience is highly preferred.
