We’re Hiring: Quality Manager – Woven Shirts (6+ Years Experience) 📍 Coimbatore | 🏢 Style Nimble (A part of The Kadri Mills (CBE) Pvt. Ltd.) We’re looking for a talented and experienced Quality Manager – Woven Shirts to join our growing team and drive excellence across our production operations. Role Overview As a Quality Manager, you will lead the quality assurance and control function for woven shirts, ensuring our products consistently meet international standards, buyer requirements, and Style Nimble’s commitment to craftsmanship and precision. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities · Oversee end-to-end quality processes in woven shirt production. · Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections as per AQL standards. · Approve PP samples, size sets, fits, and production approvals. · Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective & preventive actions. · Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and buyers for quality alignment. · Lead and mentor the QC team to achieve quality targets and best practices. · Ensure compliance with buyer manuals, technical specifications, and audit requirements. · Requirements · 6+ years of experience in quality control/quality management for woven shirts. · Strong technical expertise in woven fabrics, garment construction, trims, and finishing. · Experience in handling buyer audits and third-party inspections. · Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate QA/QC teams.
