Business & Project Manager Intern

• Assist in managing weekly workflows across design, production, marketing, and logistics
• Maintain project timelines and ensure smooth internal communication between departments
• Track tasks and follow-ups using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, WhatsApp, and Trello
• Work closely with the founder to ideate and execute brand campaigns and drops
• Prepare reports and updates for ongoing campaigns, operations, and sales performance
• Coordinate between design, inventory, packaging, and fulfillment teams
• Take ownership of “micro-projects” — like popup events, influencer mailers, and B2B orders
• Help structure systems (SOPs, trackers, templates) to improve operations
  

• A go-getter who learns fast, executes faster
• Obsessed with systems, growth, and learning how real businesses are built
• Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines
• Good communicator (verbal + written) in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Familiar with basic tools: Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp, Canva, Shopify (plus if not must)
  

• Are interested in fashion, streetwear, branding, or entrepreneurship
• Have done college fest/event/project coordination
• Want to grow into a leadership or operations role in a startup
