We are now expanding aggressively in the Indian market and are looking for a dynamic field sales executive to join our team. Role Overview This is a pure field-sales role. Your job is to visit companies every day, show samples, generate inquiries, and support the Director in closing orders. Key Responsibilities Visit 15–20 companies per week (industrial units, factories, warehouses, contractors) Show product samples (shirts, trousers, reflective jackets, FR items) Generate and follow up on inquiries Build strong relationships with Purchase / HR / Factory Heads Arrange customer meetings for the Director Deliver small sample pieces as required Share daily visit reports and weekly summaries Achieve monthly sales targets Requirements Must have a bike/scooter for daily visits 1–5 years of experience in field sales (textiles, PPE, uniforms, B2B preferred) Good communication & presentation skills Strong follow-up discipline Knowledge of local industrial areas Basic WhatsApp & Excel skills Hunger to grow in a fast-scaling company
