Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Site Engineer to lead our ongoing project in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in MEP project management, with direct expertise handling HVAC systems from installation through commissioning. Strong technical knowledge, project leadership, and excellent communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Oversee all on-site activities for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, with a primary focus on HVAC project execution and quality Ensure compliance with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards for all MEP installations Coordinate with project managers, architects, MEP consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly and keep all project stakeholders informed Efficiently manage site resources, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules and budgets Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety and relevant health and safety regulations Lead and supervise labor teams, including HVAC technicians, electricians, and plumbers, ensuring quality control throughout project execution Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and ensure all work conforms to current construction codes and best practices Maintain detailed site records, daily progress reports, and photo documentation for project tracking Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on site progress and timely resolution of any concerns Proactively identify potential risks or delays and implement effective mitigation measures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an MEP Engineer, with at least 3 years directly managing MEP/HVAC projects Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, commissioning, and MEP coordination Proficiency in project management and reporting software Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications In-depth understanding of construction standards and safety regulations for MEP works Must own a vehicle for site commuting Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications Medical insurance Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Note: The selected MEP Site Engineer must have significant experience in handling HVAC projects, with the ability to coordinate and deliver all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction sites efficiently.
