As an MEP Site Engineer at S.G. ENTERPRISES, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a primary focus on HVAC project execution and quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all on-site activities for MEP systems, focusing on HVAC project execution and quality - Ensuring compliance with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards for all MEP installations - Coordinating with project managers, architects, MEP consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly - Efficiently managing site resources, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules and budgets - Enforcing strict adherence to workplace safety and relevant health and safety regulations - Leading and supervising labor teams, including HVAC technicians, electricians, and plumbers, ensuring quality control throughout project execution - Conducting regular site inspections, quality checks, and ensuring all work conforms to construction codes and best practices - Maintaining detailed site records, daily progress reports, and photo documentation for project tracking - Communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates on site progress and resolving concerns in a timely manner - Identifying potential risks or delays proactively and implementing effective mitigation measures Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline - 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an MEP Engineer, with at least 3 years directly managing MEP/HVAC projects - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, commissioning, and MEP coordination - Proficiency in project management and reporting software - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications - In-depth understanding of construction standards and safety regulations for MEP works - Must own a vehicle for site commuting About S.G.
