MEP Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at site.
• Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Handle client billing, including measurement verification, preparing RA bills, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage material requirements, check deliveries, and verify on-site installations.
• Maintain daily site records, DPRs, progress reports, and share timely updates with the Project Manager.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP site execution and client billing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire-Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to manage site operations independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Pan–South India travel as per project needs.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project specifications.
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
