1. Supervise and monitor installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
2. Ensure all MEP activities are executed in accordance with design intent, cGMP, and cleanroom requirements.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely completion of works.
4. Verify installation quality, material usage, and workmanship as per project and safety standards
5. Conduct inspections for ducting, piping, cable routing, and equipment installation.
6. Coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, civil teams, and external vendors.
7. Attend daily/weekly site coordination meetings and report progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
8. Liaise with clients and consultants for work inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
