Description
As an MEP Site Engineer at JD Pharma Consultants Pvt Ltd, your role will involve overseeing on-site operations in Indore, ensuring quality control, and coordinating civil and structural engineering tasks. You will be responsible for managing and inspecting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Engineering of HVAC systems for Pharmaceuticals and Hospitals - Conduct heat load calculations, prepare BOQ, design ducts, select filters, and perform Psychometric analysis - Prepare tenders for HVAC and Building automation systems - Possess knowledge of selecting chillers, cooling towers, and pumping systems - Visit sites, interact with clients, coordinate with various engineering disciplines and vendors - Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, design specifications, and operational environments to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment - Use calculated data to select equipment suitable for specific jobs - Calculate chilled water pipe size for the chilled water system based on calculated GPM - Prepare design packages for mechanical HVAC systems, including design drawings, scope of work, technical specifications for chillers, direct expansion units, ductwork systems, pipe work systems for chillers, FCU/AHU, and pumps Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field - Previous experience in MEP engineering in the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design and engineering - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders - Ability to manage on-site operations and ensure quality control JD Pharma Consultants Pvt Ltd specializes in providing comprehensive turnkey solutions tailored specifically for the pharmaceutical industry.
