Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Indore. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project management including planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical industry projects. Daily tasks include expediting, inspection, handling logistics management, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will liaise with various stakeholders, manage project resources, and monitor project progress to meet organizational goals.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of turnkey pharmaceutical projects (including design, procurement, construction, validation, and commissioning).
• Collaborate with architectural, civil, HVAC, Electrical ,Utility & Piping design teams to develop compliant and efficient facility layouts (cleanroom, production, warehouse, utility areas, etc.).
• Review and approve design drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory norms (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, etc.).
• Oversee all project phases including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Leading the team of technicians & engineers to execute projects on-site, undergoing all local challenges.
• Experience in installation and testing of low side & high side HVAC equipment like cooling tower , chiller , head pump, distribution , piping ,air handling unit VRV, VRF,FCU Centralized Air condition, Air Distribution Duct Hvac Controller , Hvac Electrical Panel e.t.c as per drawing specification.
