Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil engineering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Oversees all project phases, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with statutory and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.

Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all works meet engineering standards, specifications, and statutory regulations.
Implement and monitor QA/QC processes on-site.

Team & Resource Management

Lead and mentor project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain regular reporting to management on progress, delays, and cost variances.
Conduct project review meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
Experience:
12 17 years of experience in civil project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
