As we expand in Bangalore, we seek a dynamic and experienced Construction & Interior Project Manager to lead diverse projects and support our company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Oversee and manage multiple interior fit-out and civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and deliverables. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide proactive solutions. Enforce compliance with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards. Manage all relevant project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical records. Team Leadership & Coordination Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams across multiple sites. Collaborate with laborers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain efficient project workflows. Establish open communication channels with all stakeholders to align project goals. Organize and facilitate project meetings for progress updates and issue resolution. Guide and develop junior team members to ensure future leadership capability. Financial & Resource Management Develop and monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control expenses. Forecast and allocate resources across concurrent projects for efficiency. Assess and mitigate financial risks effectively. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality while achieving cost-effectiveness. Utilize digital tools and project management software for financial tracking and reporting. Quality Control & Compliance Implement and supervise robust quality control procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of interior and civil work. Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities. Stay updated with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements Educational & Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing both interior and civil construction projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects of diverse size and complexity. Proficient in project management and digital collaboration tools. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction techniques, interior fit-out processes, and project management methods.
