This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - C&I. The PM will be
responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and industrial
projects. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, suppliers,
and contractors, to ensure smooth project delivery. They will also be responsible for managing
project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as monitoring project progress and addressing any
issues that may arise.

projects under various delivery formats, including design and build, base build, general contracting,
and retail fit out.
Our experience exceeds four million square feet in office workspace alone. We are currently
designing and executing over 1.5 million square feet a year in workspace, retail and commercial
interiors for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies across industries like IT/ITES, BFSI, Real
Estate, Media, FMCG, Pharma, Hospitals, MNCs, and multi industry conglomerates.

You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme
management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects
You will define and implement criteria for control and management of the project, manage project
budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations, coordinate and foster
teamwork between all project stakeholders
You will be responsible for negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through
the completion of the projects
You will be responsible for coordination with Interior design team and MEP team on deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Prior experience in project management in the commercial and industrial sector
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines, and resources
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
