About the Position:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join the Testing- ELS team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Develop  labview test application for any customization requirement in different testing & process based machines having different OS & operations
Hand on experience on NI, pickering,Lambda,Keithley & Vector hardwaresWorking experience on DAQ, CAN,K line,LIN,Moxa hardwareAbility to interpret & analyze any labview developed codeStandardization of labview applications in different machinesPerform debugging & validation in labview based machinesLabview application development for minimizing the breakdown & quality lossesTest set up development for hardware debugging managed by labview applicationTroubleshooting skills for solving the issues with machine & softwareExperience in fool proofing concepts, datalogging,quality management,Experience in digital & analog signal processing using instruments & I/O cardsExperience in digital communication like RS232, CAN, LIN, GPIBMust provides time estimates to complete asigned projectsTest machine development, configuration, Installattion.Datalog (machine datalog / nip file) management of all the testing machines.New program configuration of the testing machines.Machine back up, hard disk recovery / management.Retest monitoring and control.Fool proof between all the machines to strengthen the processMachine’s PC health management frequently.CPK,GR&R of testing machines.Validation & qualification of any new machine. Electronic hardware & Automation knowledgeAbility to explore the possibility using new software platform

What Qualifications you will bring:

B.Tech - Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

Relevant Exp. 5~8 Years

Expectations from you in this position:

Supporting Plant in Testing machine Troubleshoot , ICT Program ,Labview Debugging & Validation , New machine validation.Industrialization of new process i.e. technical specifications, Planning project technical activities, Reporting internal Technical Review, Support the Manufacturing Unit during the start up phase, Controlling and monitoring the technical problems, risks and identify appropriate corrective actions
