About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, React, ServiceNow, Appian, and DevOps practices. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications, integrating frontend and backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and React. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop reusable code, components, and libraries for future use, ensuring performance and scalability. Build robust and scalable backend APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services. Develop responsive, dynamic, and cross-browser-compatible UI components using Angular and/or React. Integrate with low-code/no-code platforms like ServiceNow and Appian to extend and embed functionalities. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Collaborate with QA engineers to conduct unit and integration testing and support bug fixing and performance tuning. Follow agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and Skills & Tools Required : Development : Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA RESTful API design and integration Experience with Microservices Development : Proficiency in Angular (8+) and/or React. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and state management (e.g., Redux, Development : Experience with ServiceNow : scripting, custom applications, workflows, integrations Knowledge of Appian BPM : process modeling, expression rules, interfaces, : Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and performance & Cloud : Hands-on with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps Containerization & orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP services for deployment and scalability Experience with monitoring/logging tools : ELK Stack, Prometheus, & QA : Unit testing with JUnit, Mockito Frontend testing with Jest, Karma, Protractor (optional) Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code Agile mindset and comfort working in Scrum/Kanban environments Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related to Have (Good to Have) : Experience with API Gateways and OAuth2/OpenID for secure integrations Knowledge of domain-driven design and event-driven architecture Familiarity with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, ESLint, Prettier) Exposure to enterprise-grade platforms or product We Offer : Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies across full stack Agile work culture with innovation and ownership Flexible work environment and hybrid/remote options Continuous learning support and career growth Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (ref:hirist.tech)
