Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Headless Sitecore Project Location: Remote (collaborating with Sydney-based team) Contract Type: Full-Time Contract (5 days/week) Working Hours: Start time aligned with Sydney – 12:30 PM AEST About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team for a transformative headless Sitecore migration project. This role involves migrating an existing Sitecore XP 10.2 platform to Sitecore XM 10.4, re-architecting content delivery, and optimizing front-end performance using Next.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sitecore developers, front-end engineers, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of Sitecore XP 10.2 to Sitecore XM 10.4 with a headless architecture. Refactor and optimize Sitecore content, templates, and rendering for use with Next.js. Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance headless Sitecore solutions. Build dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using React and Next.js. Design and implement backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#. Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and middleware such as Boomi. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional components. Participate in code reviews, testing, and ensure adherence to development standards. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Sitecore XP/XM (preferably XP 10.2 and XM 10.4), including version migration and headless architecture. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Backend development expertise using .NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Next.js performance optimization, including SSR and SSG. Familiarity with GraphQL for data querying. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Nice to Have Experience with Sitecore SXA, XM Cloud, or Sitecore Order Cloud. Understanding of Sitecore personalization, analytics, and marketing automation. Knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practices. Familiarity with Sitecore Managed Cloud deployment models. Show more Show less
