Job Description

Marketplace Marketing Manager

Role Objectives

The Marketplace Marketing Manager will:

Drive marketplace execution across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok

Manage Enterprise and Agency clients (3C portfolio) end-to-end

Lead Ad Strategy, SEO, A+ Content, and Storefront Optimization

Maintain delivery excellence through QA, reporting, and KPI governance

Mentor internal teams to drive accountability, process discipline, and growth readiness

Key Responsibilities

Execute and oversee full-funnel advertising campaigns across marketplaces

Manage the entire delivery function, ensuring client deliverables, reporting accuracy, and adherence to timelines

Supervise SEO, Listing Optimization, and A+ Content initiatives

Conduct weekly performance audits and monthly business reviews with actionable insights

Ensure platform compliance, maintaining consistent process and quality standards

Lead internal enablement programs, upskilling team members through structured training and SOP-based learning

Maintain clear communication cadence via biweekly internal syncs and monthly stakeholder meetings

Deliver management-level reporting for performance tracking and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing marketplace leader with proven experience managing complex delivery operations across multiple platforms.

Experience & Background

6+ years managing marketplace delivery and performance across at least three major platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok, etc.)

Hands-on expertise in advertising strategy, campaign optimization, SEO, Storefront development, and A+ Content

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and handling enterprise-level client portfolios

Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, category trends, and platform policy updates

Leadership & Management Skills

Proven success in building, mentoring, and scaling delivery teams

Skilled in client communication, stakeholder management, and reporting alignment

Strong ability to translate analytics into strategy, identify performance gaps, and drive measurable improvement

Comfortable owning and reporting on delivery KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, CTR, and Listing Health
