Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Marketing Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Marketplace Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance marketplace visibility and drive sales. Key responsibilities will include analyzing data to optimize product listings, managing promotional campaigns, monitoring marketplace performance, building relationships with partners, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as design, sourcing, and sales. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and improving customer engagement across digital selling platforms. Qualifications Strong skills in Marketplace Marketing, E-commerce Management, and Campaign Optimization Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Tracking, and Market Research Experience in Strategic Planning, Relationship Management, and Partner Collaboration Understanding of Fashion and Lifestyle Industry and consumer behavior Proficiency in digital advertising and online sales platforms, with knowledge of AI-powered tools being a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
