Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Posting opportunities on career sites, job boards, and social media. Screening and selecting candidates. Reviewing resumes and applications. Conducting phone screens, video interviews, or initial assessments. Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. Assisting in evaluating candidates and making hiring recommendations. Providing clear communication and updates throughout the hiring process. Tracking recruiting metrics (applications, offers, acceptances, conversion rates).
