Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Posting opportunities on career sites, job boards, and social media.
• Screening and selecting candidates.
• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Conducting phone screens, video interviews, or initial assessments.
• Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Assisting in evaluating candidates and making hiring recommendations.
• Providing clear communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
• Tracking recruiting metrics (applications, offers, acceptances, conversion rates).
• Maintaining accurate candidate records in Excel.
