Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ basic qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate details and recruitment statuses in database.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Coordinate feedback and follow-up communications with candidates.
