PCC Engineer/Strategy Builder

Currently, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at the Gurgaon Global Capability Center (GCC) for the positions of PCC Engineers/Strategy builders. There are 15 open positions available for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the BANKING DOMAIN. The shift timings for these positions are from 8 am to 5 pm IST, and the location of work will be at the DevLabs office in Gurgaon, following a hybrid mode of work. The initial contract duration is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months. The primary focus of the role will be on Power Curve Collections. Key responsibilities include showcasing and designing Power Curve Collections solutions, assessing Pipeline opportunities, API/Integration application solution design, and providing expertise in Power Curve Collections platform development. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solution designs meet business requirements and comply with CTO guidelines. Key stakeholders for this position include Solutions Lead, Integration Lead, Architecture Lead, Project Managers, and Project Teams. Candidates are expected to have industry knowledge and experience in Power Curve Collections solutions design/development, along with a strong understanding of software development, hardware, networks, and software technologies. Ideal candidates should have exposure to multiple development methodologies, experience in both packaged and custom-built software, and the ability to establish positive working relationships at the project level and with Enterprise Architects.
