Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing sales efforts. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining effective communication channels and providing stellar customer service. The individual will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing & Branding:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, blogs, newsletters, and whitepapers for digital and print platforms.
  • Develop engaging social media content and manage platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate on SEO strategies and keyword optimization for website content.

Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking:

  • Support the planning and execution of paid and organic campaigns across digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing tools to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behavior.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Support the creation of data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Event Coordination & Community Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing webinars, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Engage with the Pranachain community via forums, newsletters, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer advocacy and user testimonials.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing and storytelling skills for blog posts, case studies, and marketing collateral.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies based on insights.
  • Creativity & Adaptability: A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Health-Tech & Blockchain: Prior experience or interest in health-tech, blockchain, or SaaS industries is a plus!
