Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and management of various marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, partner marketing, sales content, and pipeline development efforts. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and contributing to marketing campaigns, maintaining the marketing activity calendar, supporting readiness planning for campaigns, tracking and measuring the success of demand generation programs, and executing various marketing programs such as specific collateral and sales aids. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering content for internal and external communications, facilitating sales enablement activities, and creating programs to secure investments from partners for marketing activities. To excel in this role, you should possess seasoned knowledge of industry standards, best practices in marketing, excellent communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, and a good understanding of the company's products and services. You should also have experience in utilizing databases for marketing purposes, articulating the company's value proposition, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring data privacy compliance. Academically, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have professional experience as a Marketing Specialist, hands-on experience with marketing service delivery software, and familiarity with various computer software, hardware, and peripherals including Microsoft365.
