Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketing professional to lead the marketing efforts for our resort. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive bookings, and strengthen guest engagement. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality marketing, adept in digital and social media platforms, and capable of managing all aspects of the resort’s promotional activities.




Key Responsibilities



1. Marketing Strategy & Planning


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the resort across target markets.
  • Plan seasonal and year-round campaigns to boost occupancy, events, and F&B promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.



2. Social Media & Digital Marketing


  • Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Create and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and collaborations with influencers or travel bloggers.
  • Track and report on digital metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage resort listings, SEO, and paid online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).



3. Content Creation & Brand Management


  • Oversee photo and video shoots for marketing materials.
  • Write or coordinate production of engaging copy for social posts, website updates, newsletters, and brochures.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and touchpoints.



4. Public Relations & Partnerships


  • Build relationships with local media, tourism boards, and travel partners.
  • Coordinate press releases, familiarization trips (FAMs), and influencer collaborations.
  • Represent the resort in trade fairs and tourism events where applicable.



5. Hotel Marketing Operations


  • Work closely with the sales and reservations team to design packages and special offers.
  • Support the F&B, spa, and events departments with promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor guest feedback platforms (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews) and contribute to online reputation management.
  • Maintain the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI for all activities.




Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospitality or resort marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Creativity and a strong sense of visual branding.




Preferred Attributes


  • Experience with hotel booking engines and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
  • Photography, videography, video editing or graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of local tourism market and community engagement.
