As a Marketing Specialist at our company in Vishakhapatnam, AP, India, you will play a crucial role in driving pre-sales, digital marketing, business development, and coordination activities for our Construction/Real Estate industry operations in India and UAE. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main liaison between the company and the marketing agency. - Planning, coordinating, and overseeing various digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. - Reviewing and approving marketing materials to maintain brand consistency. - Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to prepare regular marketing performance reports. - Identifying and resolving any issues or delays in agency deliverables to ensure timely execution. - Collaborating with internal sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals. - Staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate marketing. - Supporting offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns as required. - Executing targeted pre-sales campaigns and branding strategies to enhance market presence. - Driving lead generation initiatives through market research, content creation, and strategic outreach. - Engaging in business development activities to expand market reach and increase lead conversion rates. - Managing customer engagement and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. - Coordinating closely with the UAE real estate brokerage team for smooth lead handover and customer transition. - Overseeing the process from lead conversion to site visit completion, ensuring follow-up and issue resolution. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - Hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate or construction. - Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and Content Marketing. - Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Capability to execute campaigns and tasks independently when needed.,
