Build and maintain strong relationships with existing oil suppliers to ensure consistent supply and loyalty. Negotiate purchase rates to maintain procurement within budget while ensuring vendor satisfaction. Conduct field visits to potential clients to explain Ecoil’s collection process, benefits, and environmental impact. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to schedule timely oil pickups and ensure smooth supply chain coordination. Maintain and update vendor database with accurate information on volume, price, and collection frequency. Support the sales and business development teams by gathering market insights and competitor information. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and agreements as part of the pre-sales process.
