Marketing & Sales Head

In this role, you will drive the entire sales process from strategy to execution. Your key responsibilities will include setting clear targets, defining KPIs, and ensuring the team achieves goals within defined timelines. You will manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best. Additionally, you will create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. It will be your responsibility to track team performance, ensure consistent follow-ups, and manage the pipeline efficiently. You will guide the sales team to improve productivity, conversion rates, and client relationships. Your focus will be on fostering a results-oriented culture that is accountable and achievement-driven. Furthermore, you will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
