Marketing & Sales Head

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. Team leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve their objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Revenue generation: Set sales targets and growth objectives, and oversee pricing strategies. Marketing execution: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and social media, to drive brand awareness and leads. Budget management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing department's budget effectively. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and monitor competitor activity. Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Performance reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Brand consistency: Collaborate with product development and other departments to ensure a consistent brand message across all activities. Key skills and qualifications Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant marketing technology. Deep understanding of industry-specific market trends. Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term strategic planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
