Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process from strategy to execution.
  • Set clear targets, define KPIs, and ensure the team achieves goals within defined timelines.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Track team performance and ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.
  • Guide the sales team to improve productivity, conversion rates, and client relationships.
  • Foster a results-oriented culture focused on accountability and achievement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Represent the company in key client meetings and negotiations when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • High energy, goal-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
