About Us:

We are a fast-growing startup in the web and IT solutions space, looking for a dynamic, result-driven Head of Marketing & Sales who can build and scale our sales and marketing from the ground up.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic leader with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, in domestic market, to take ownership of our entire marketing and sales function. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and achieving ambitious targets while managing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

This role demands someone who can strategically plan and execute every aspect of sales and marketing, set clear targets, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy from scratch.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all campaigns.
  • Lead the B2B and B2C sales efforts, both nationally and internationally.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing, offline marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the sales and marketing team.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adjust strategy.
  • Track and report KPIs, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Web/IT Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong background in B2B and B2C sales for all over India.
  • Proven ability to start sales and marketing from zero and scale successfully.
  • Expertise in budget planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent strategic planning, execution, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹96,000.00 per month
