Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Sales Head to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the manufacturing/furnishing sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our brand presence and achieve sales targets for our specialized stainless steel and PVD coated products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth within the furnishings and architectural products market.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and target segments to expand market share, particularly for PVD coated furniture and railings.
  • Manage and report on marketing budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to provide accurate forecasts and reports to executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and key accounts (B2B/B2C sales).
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product development and operations teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, architectural finishes, or furniture industry.
  • Proven success in running successful marketing campaigns and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, software, and digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
